Falling Waters is located less than 10 minutes from Naples' famous Gulf of Mexico beaches, the highly acclaimed Naples' downtown restaurants, live theater and shopping Mecca.  This area also offers a wide variety of other cultural, tourist and outdoor activities. 

It is also just 30 minutes from Fort Myers airport and 5 minutes from Naples airport (see cross on map off of Davis Blvd).

Our condo is located in the Magnolia Falls subdivision of Falling Waters community.  The red cross in the picture below indicates the location of our condo.

This resort-like, gated community offers an exceptional, heated pool which is pictured below.  The pool is Southwest Florida's largest pool!  There are also tennis courts, bocce ball courts and a putting green.  Championship golf courses are also abundant in the area.
