We purchased this condo in 2010 because we have spent many vacations in Naples and have never stayed in a nicer place than Falling Waters, so we bought this condo as soon as it was available.  We had been to Falling Waters many times before, and decided to buy a place in Magnolia Falls, the newest section of the development.  Our condo was built in 2007, and after looking at dozens of properties, we just knew this was the one.  In addition to high end amenities in our condo and in the Falling Waters condo complex, it is nice to have a beautiful place to visit to get away from the cold Chicago winters.  We know you will enjoy it, too.  Please feel free to call us with any questions you may have.  Our unique service has established our #1 ranking in Naples vacation rentals, allowing us to make a distinctive and substantial impact for our guests.
